The hotel's resort service charge is 10% per room per day, which covers the services and amenities outlined below:

TRANSPORTATION TO & FROM COSTA RICA
Your air travel and ground transportation while in Costa Rica is your own responsibility.
Taxis will be readily available at the airport.

DANIEL ODUBER QUIROS INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT (LIR)
The resort is 23 miles from the International Airport. The drive takes approximately 40 minutes.
Departing from the beach in front of the Four Seasons we will enjoy a sail along Costa Rica's spectacular coastline on a catamaran. The boat is open and spacious so you can enjoy the blue water views of the glorious Costa Rican coastline with its pristine beaches and verdant jungles from the bow trampolines, lounge on the roof deck, man the wheel with the captain or relax, one of the oversized tables found in the shaded area. It will be a beautiful and fun day with the group!
Central Standard Time
In November temperatures average 90°F for a high and the average low is 73°F
U.S. Dollars are accepted and commonly used in Costa Rica. The taxis out in front of the airport, the restaurants and hotels all accept dollars.
At the meetings, members should dress in business casual attire. For group functions, resort casual is appropriate. Suggestions on what to pack can be found here.

The Peninsula Papagayo is located in Costa Rica’s verdant Northern Pacific coast. VALID PASSPORT REQUIRED
Passports are required for anyone traveling by air and sea, as well as for anyone crossing at a land border and must have at least six months or longer of validity past intended stay.
